Plan the work, then track it
Identify and plan work up front, break it down, and keep progress visible for the team and the client.
About
I build software from the ground up, from enterprise platforms and government e-services to products of my own. Over the years, I have moved from writing code to leading engineers, shaping technical direction, and turning ideas into systems people rely on.
My journey started with Java and enterprise systems, growing from a developer into a technical lead working across architecture, backend engineering, databases, integrations, requirements, and client-facing delivery. I have worked with government departments, financial institutions, universities, and enterprise organizations, often bridging the gap between business requirements and the systems that bring them to life.
In 2014, I started building Erojp, an early product that marked a shift from developing software for others to creating and owning products myself. In 2017, that journey continued with eTathkara, where I have been involved end to end — from the platform architecture and backend services to ticketing, payments, mobile and web applications, operations, analytics, and the challenges of running a real product in production.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and people. I still enjoy writing software, but I am equally interested in understanding the problem behind it, choosing the right technology, designing systems that can evolve, and helping teams turn complex requirements into something that actually works.
How I work
Identify and plan work up front, break it down, and keep progress visible for the team and the client.
Recruit, onboard and grow engineers. I have established Java departments where none existed.
Delegate with clarity, review code, and define development workflows the team can follow without me.
Write technical proposals, translate requirements into architecture, and supervise delivery to production.
